PRODUCT INFORMATION
Our Ramona bar begins as trays of salted caramel and honey nougat with roasted peanuts, which are stacked, cut, and dipped in 65% single source Venezuelan chocolate in a process that spans three days. Each candy bar is finished with a light dust of Maldon sea salt flakes before they are hand wrapped and sealed.

SHIPPING POLICY
Thanks for your interest in purchasing our products. It’s very important to us that our customers receive the freshest product in the best possible condition. For that reason, we have established the following shipping policy.
As our products are made fresh in small batches, we are not able to ship orders immediately. It generally takes a week from the time orders are finalized and payment is received for orders to be processed, fulfilled, packaged, and ready for shipment. If you need your order by a specific date, we will do our best to work within your timeline. Please make a note of this when you place your order.
Chocolate is very sensitive to temperatures above 70 degrees. Between May 15 and October 14, we pack all orders with insulation and reusable gel ice packs to protect our products from the outside temperature. During these warm months, please arrange for somebody to receive the package, or let the lucky recipient know that something is coming to them so that our lovely products are not left unattended on a hot porch where they may melt, be stolen, or be damaged. No portion of the purchase cost, including shipping, will be refunded in this event.
We ship via USPS Priority Mail and FedEx Ground (where available) to street addresses within the United States.
Please double, triple check your shipping information before confirming your order. We are not responsible for packages that are delayed or returned to us as undeliverable. If we have to reship a package to you, a second shipping charge will apply, and unfortunately, we can’t guarantee the quality of product that must be reshipped.
